WACOM Bamboo Fun

After the urging of some friends I purchased the Wacom Bamboo Fun Small USB Tablet in black from Best Buy today.

It will take some getting used to but so far I feel this will be an excellent tool for my digital photo editing. I can't wait to load the software and read through everything it's capable of.
If you're into photography and do a lot of post processing I think you'll really like this product....especially if you have a drawing & painting background. It really gives you better control using the pen.

I don't care much for the mouse it came with but if you like it you can use it wirelessly right on top of the tablet.

They had the larger size but I found that the small size is absolutely perfect for my needs and fits well on my desk.

It allows you to:

Touch up digital photos, draw or write in your own handwriting with this tablet with cordless pen and mouse. Precise control and 512 levels of pressure sensitivity on both the pen and eraser provide a realistic feel when you write or draw.

The dimenstions of the SMALL Size Tablet:
5.8" x 3.7"

Each Bamboo Fun package includes:

1. Bamboo Fun pen tablet

2. Bamboo Fun mouse

3. Bamboo Fun pen

4. Pen stand

5. USB cable

6. Quick start guide

7. Installation CD (includes tablet driver and electronic user manual)

8. Software DVD that includes: Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 Win/4.0 Mac, Corel Painter Essentials 3.0, and Nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 GE

9. Package of 3 replacement pen nibs
